Clinical Behavior Services
Sample Supports offers short and long term clinical behavior services for youth and families to address problematic behavior to promote stability and permanency. 
What we offer:
  • ​Cross Trained Licensed Clinicians in in disabilities, child development, trauma, mental health, and substance abuse.
  • ​All clinicians are trained in Trauma-Informed Care and understanding, recognizing, and responding to the effects of all types of trauma.
  • ​Assessment and Plan Development- Sample Supports creates an integrated plan based on the individuals’s strengths, target behaviors, mental health diagnoses, and any trauma history. Our internal clinical team ensures that a comprehensive approach is developed specific to the person.
  • Clinical Consultation- Sample Supports provides consistent implementation of behavior support plans as well as ongoing support as needed. We provide long-term consultation as necessary to ensure future success.
